BACKHOE
A backhoe is a piece of heavy equipment used to dig trenches and holes. A good backhoe driver has skill, knowledge and a vast understanding of the machine. While much of the learning is done behind the wheel with hands-on experience, various training courses are available to sharpen your skills.
PLUMBING

Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids. Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.

SMAW
Welders fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. ... They use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes.

AUTOMOTIVE
Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.

DRIVING
Pulls levers or turns crank to tilt body and dump contents. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, water and all fluids and performs pre and post trip inspections. Responsible for the condition of their vehicle.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
